In what’s typically a shindig-filled month of celebration, Christmas 2020 didn’t gift us with the “presents of other’s presence.” Ours was a very small affair. Despite that – or maybe because of it! – the gifts flowed heavily this year!
I'm a (gay) husband, a dad, adoption advocate, Texan, founder of two businesses (PR firm Cooper Smith Agency & online mag He Said Magazine), wannabe comedian/Martha Stewart and just generally a mess who drinks and cusses too much. Read More

Uvalde is where my parents met, where they married, where I was born and where I went to many years of school. . @thatsbullzerk has created a poignant tee to raise funds for the Robb Elementary Memorial Fund. 100% of proceeds will help these families as they lay their loved ones to rest and attempt to rebuild their lives. An unimaginable, heartbreaking feat. . Shirts are $24 at bullzerk.com. . #uvalde#uvaldestrong

by imcoopedup3 months ago My children are convinced that these photos are of me with an old-time filter, but they’re really pictures of my dad, who suffered a stroke, fell into a coma and passed away last week. Fortunately my sister and I were close by and able to be with him in his final moments. . I’ve never really appreciated our strong resemblance until these recent days. Lots of laughing, squealing, eating, drinking and shopping! I made us special t-shirts, using my @cricut for most of the days of our stay. The black and gold 50th Anniversary t-shirts were particularly

by imcoopedup7 months ago You can’t celebrate the holiday season in Dallas without a visit to The Dallas Arboretum’s “12 Days of Christmas” exhibit. . Likewise, nothing says “family fun” and “Merry Christmas” quite like a group photo in front of a milking cow’s oddly-realistic anus.
